I not only love the food, I love the friendly atmosphere and spend many nights with our East Hill friends and neighbors here. Ted & Deanna are amazingly nice people and it’s great to enjoy good food from a local small business.  

Being a New York Italian and experienced with pizza, I have found Ted’s pizza at Tuscan Oven better than most I’ve ever had anywhere, including New York and Italy.

In 2015, my wife and I traveled extensively for ten days throughout Italy looking for great pizza. We were happy when we were able to return home to Pensacola. You see, the best pizza we’ve ever had in this world, is at Tuscan Oven in Pensacola, FL. That’s a fact.

The dough is made on site, never frozen. The cheeses and toppings are always plentiful and baked to perfection in their wood-fired oven. Tuscan Oven, hands down, has the best pizza on the Gulf Coast.

When we want pizza, or spaghetti with marinara sauce, there is no conversation about where to go. We go to Tuscan Oven. The grandkids love it there. It is the best pizza in Pensacola, served up by two of the friendliest people you will ever meet, Ted & Deanna. Want to avoid a trip to Brocato’s in New Orleans? Order a cannoli for dessert. The best!!

It’s rare to find a family-owned restaurant that treats you like a part of the family, but Tuscan Oven does just that. Combined with the fabulous pizza and a solid wine list, you’ll understand why my family eats here so often.

Tuscan Oven is our “go to” place! We dine there every Friday night when in town! We have eaten pizza all over the country and feel that Tuscan is the best. We always bring family and friends to enjoy, not only the great food, but the friendly atmosphere and great service. Ted & Deanna are always welcoming and always make you feel special.

Tuscan Oven is unique to Pensacola. It offers the ambiance of a local family-owned pizza restaurant with downtown flare. You will crave the brick-oven crust and the flavors of their traditional dishes will make you want to come back again and again. I have brought my family to dine in and ordered large catering meals over the years and it has always been a huge hit! We highly recommend it to our friends coming to visit or traveling through Pensacola.
